You may use the Site to register your product warranty. If you choose not to register or provide Personal Information, you may still use the Site.

Holiday Group uses reasonable physical, technical and organizational efforts to guard against unauthorized access to, use of and disclosure of Personal Information that it collects, stores, receives, accesses or discloses.

The standards used for these security measures will be no less stringent than those required under applicable Privacy Acts.

Holiday Group agrees to cooperate with investigations or inquiries by privacy regulators after being informed of such an investigation.

We are aware that fraudulent emails may be sent under our name and may refer to an order you did not place.

These emails do not originate from Holiday Group. Individuals who receive fraudulent order-status emails have not been charged for the orders described in those messages.

The Site may contain links to other websites. When you click one of these links, you will be subject to the policies and privacy practices of the other website, which may differ significantly from ours.

Holiday Group is not responsible for the content, technology, security or practices of linked websites operated by others, or for your use of those websites.
