DES ADRESSES DE LIVRAISON INCORRECTES ET DES LIVRAISONS REFUSÉES

Si un client fournit une adresse de livraison incorrecte ou partielle lors de sa commande et que celle-ci est retournée par le transporteur ou si la livraison est refusée et retournée à l'expéditeur, Travelpro.ca annulera la commande et remboursera intégralement le prix d'achat initial, moins les frais d'expédition et de manutention.

LES LIMITES D'EXPÉDITION

When an order is placed, it will ship to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Website.  All purchases from this Website are made pursuant to a shipment contract.  As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.  You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

Travelpro.ca offers Purolator shipping services within Canada.  The Purolator shipping services available are Purolator Ground and Purolator Express (usually Next Day Air).  We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or carrier delays, and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed.  We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
