"its a nicely constructed and looking bag. Hold its structure relatively well - the pictures show that the side pockets jut out a bit more than they really do. A lot of good pockets for organization, and the zipper for the main compartment goes super far down so you can grab things from the bottom of your bag without having to rummage. There's a semi-waterproof pocket that wasn't really featured in the description of the product, but it was a pleasant surprise when I discovered it. Perfect for food/lunch. Minor pet-peeves: 1) minor features are righty designed - being a lefty (and left shoulder wearer, the grips are on the other side (its not symmetric) 2) The zippers jingle when you walk, which could be a bit annoying."

So far, I really like

"So far, I really like this backpack. It has ample space and compartments for the things I carry. However, there are two areas that could be improved upon. First, the side compartments could be taller to accommodate taller water bottles. Secondly, the padding on the back side that rests against the body should be made with cooling material or at least vented better. The backpack gets really hot against the back."

Solid and protective

"Really feels well-made. Zippers are excellent and the water-proofing looks strong; but the placement of the laptop zipper is too close to the expansion zipper and I always grab the wrong one. Super solid feel, so it doesn't get more compact which some backpacks are better at which is a trade-off for the protection. I use this on my semi-daily commute and look forward to traveling with it."

"A really excellently designed backpack. My single suggestion would be that the RIGHT side of the strap across the front—which can only be attached at the far right side—be allowed to be adjustable, so that it can be notched together in the middle of the chest."
