When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Linear dimensions are height + width + depth added together. This bag measures 147.3 cm (58 linear inches) by case dimensions and 157 cm (62 linear inches) including wheels and handles. Expansion adds packing depth, which also adds to the bag's linear inches and invites heavier packing. If you are near your airline's size or weight limit, measure and weigh the bag expanded, the way it will actually fly.

Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
