"The organization is one of my biggest design disappointments. For a suitcase this large, there are not enough useful pockets or internal structure to keep belongings contained and separated. The result is that items tend to shift and flop around inside rather than staying organized. There is plenty of raw capacity, but the interior does not make especially efficient or controlled use of that space. For something marketed as VersaPack+, I expected a much more thoughtful organization system. And in the full review, I’d use this version: ★★☆☆☆ Disappointing overall—and not the size I originally wanted I originally intended to purchase the VersaPack+ Medium Check-In Spinner and had it in my shopping cart, but it sold out before I could complete the purchase. Because I wanted the matching VersaPack+ collection, I ended up purchasing the Large instead. It provides plenty of overall volume, but it is larger than I really wanted or needed. Unfortunately, my concerns go beyond the size. The telescoping handle can get stuck and does not consistently retract as smoothly as I would expect from luggage at this price point. I previously had a very positive experience with a product from Travelpro’s Platinum line, which contributed to my expectations for the VersaPack+. The weight is also a significant drawback, particularly with the Large. The suitcase itself consumes a considerable amount of the airline weight allowance before anything is packed into it, which undermines some of the benefit of having all that additional capacity. I like the Elemental Blue, but my experience with the matching VersaPack+ luggage has also made me question the practicality of the fabric. After having to check one of the other pieces once, it came back stained, and I have not been able to completely remove the staining. The wheels and maneuverability are excellent, and there are certainly things I still like about Travelpro. But between the troublesome handle, weight, lack of useful pockets, poor internal control of the contents, and my experience with the exterior fabric, the VersaPack+ collection has been disappointing. Having the Medium sell out while it was already in my cart only compounded the experience. I ended up with a larger and heavier suitcase than I wanted, and unfortunately, the additional size did not give me the additional organization I expected."

I really like this bag
"I really like this bag but it was a MAJOR glaring issue unfortunately. First the good stuff, the wheels and handle and structure are very sturdy. The design is well intention-ed and it is quite large and I love implementation of the built-in TSA functionality. It has basically all the features of the Platinum Elite but without the Platinum Elite price and weight besides the pull out suit bag and battery holder and port. However, even with the bag itself being great, it's biggest flaw is that it is not big enough to nest the Medium sized Versapack+ Check-In Spinner. This is a huge oversight and requires either the removal of the wheels from the medium bag or storing them separately. They are too similar in size. The Medium needs to be a bit smaller or the large needed to be a bit bigger. Either way, since storage of the Versapack+ is so difficult I have knock some points off the review. It's any incredibly huge oversight for an otherwise fantastic piece of luggage."

"On my very first trip with this suitcase, one of the two main zipper pulls completely tore off and the other pull itself tore off. That made it extremely difficult to zip the main compartment of the suitcase."

"I’m very happy with this large spinner! I wanted some extra packing space and this provides it perfectly! No fuss, no muss! In design It seems to be the closest to my original Travel Pro medium bag from years ago, which I love. And those wheels…. . outstanding! I highly recommend!"

« J'ai passé commande sur le site web : la livraison rapide était super ! Le sac est arrivé juste avant notre croisière de deux semaines, il a donc dû passer entre les mains de nombreux manutentionnaires – le personnel des bagages à l'aéroport et celui de la croisière… et il a très bien tenu le coup ! Bien que ce soit un excellent produit, le service après-vente s'est terriblement dégradé ! J'utilise les valises haut de gamme Travelpro depuis 20 ans et le service était excellent auparavant. Il y a 5 ans, une roulette de notre valise s'est cassée ; nous avons appelé le service client, parlé à quelqu'un qui nous en a envoyé deux dès que possible (faciles à remplacer chez soi). Aujourd'hui, tout se fait Courriel les réponses sont très médiocres. J'ai eu un problème avec une autre valise, une Elite Spinner de 74 cm, qu'ils ont remplacée par une valise à roulettes de 56 cm ! J'ai envoyé plusieurs Courriel une semaine sans jamais obtenir de réponse – un Courriel automatique indiquait « nous vous répondrons dès que possible Courriel puis plus rien… nous attendons toujours ! Et maintenant, plus de service client par téléphone, seulement par Courrielun bon produit, mais vu le prix, un service après-vente déplorable ! »

"Nice suitcase overall. It’s comfortable to handle, and feels well made. My only concern is that this color shows dirt very easily, so it looked quite worn after just one flight. I’d suggest choosing a different color, don’t expect this one to last very long if you care about its appearance."
