What are the exact dimensions?

It measures 46 x 30 x 18 cm (18 x 12 x 7 in.). It weighs 1.1 kg (2.5 lb) and holds 25 litres.

Can I bring this on the plane in addition to a carry-on?

At 46 x 30 x 18 cm, it is larger than the published personal-item limits of Air Canada and Porter (43 x 33 x 16 cm) and WestJet (41 x 33 x 15 cm), so those airlines may count it as your carry-on rather than your personal item. Check your airline's personal-item rules before you fly. Our guides for Air Canada and WestJet list published limits for the Canadian carriers.

How much does it hold?

The listed capacity is 25 litres at 1.1 kg (2.5 lb) empty.

Will it fit my laptop?

Yes, it has a padded sleeve that protects a laptop or tablet in transit. Check the Dimensions section for the sleeve and compartment sizes.

Can I charge my phone from this bag?

Yes. It has an external USB port wired to a dedicated power-bank pocket. Bring your own power bank (not included), drop it in the pocket, and charge without opening the bag. CATSA advises keeping power banks with you in the cabin, not in checked baggage or the overhead bin, and some airlines limit their use on board, so check with your airline.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page, and common fixes you can do yourself are in our luggage repair guide.

How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

What warranty does this come with?

This product is covered by the Crew™ Executive Choice™ 2 Warranty, plus our 30-day return policy. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.

MANUFACTURE DOES NOT HONOUR WARRANTY

"they wasted my time. 21 days of emails back and forth. bag defective from start. overlooked it then another zipper broke in 1. 5 years. what do they do? offer me 35% off. what a joke. . Guys, go to tj maxx and buy a bag for $50 same quality. Thse bags dont seem to be made in north america anyway so its all branding"

Excellent design

"This is my first purchase from Travelpro - but won't be the last one. Extremely well made small personal sized carry on luggage to compliment my Flight Crew 5 Rollaboard Carry on luggage. I wanted to be able to pack everything I need for a 10-14 day dtrip without any checked luggage."

— Douglas W. (5/5)

"Looks great although it’s missing a zipper pull on one of the inside pockets."

— Bonnie K. (5/5)

A place to attach walking

"A place to attach walking poles would be helpful. Even city tourists use poles."
