INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES AND REFUSED DELIVERY
In the event a customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it is returned by the carrier or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, Travelpro.ca will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
When an order is placed, it will ship to the address designated by the purchaser as long as that shipping address is compliant with the shipping restrictions contained on this Web Site. All purchases from this Web Site are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this Web Site pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY
Travelpro.ca offers Purolator shipping services within Canada. The Purolator shipping services available are Purolator Ground and Purolator Express (usually Next Day Air). We are not responsible for shipping delays due to inclement weather or carrier delays and we do not issue refunds for shipping costs if a delivery date is missed. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. With this number, you will be able to monitor the progress of your package as it is in transit to you.

Flat rate Purolator Ground shipping will be calculated at $5.00 per item in your order.
