Free Standard Shipping on Orders Over $130*
*Excluding Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, which are subject to Purolator rates.

Ground and Express shipping options within Canada.
Street Addresses Only
Orders cannot be delivered to P.O. boxes.

Tracking details are sent when your order ships.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses and Refused Delivery
In the event a customer provides an incorrect or partial shipping address when placing their order and it is returned by the carrier, or if delivery is refused and returned to sender, Travelpro.ca will cancel the order and provide a full refund of the original purchase price, minus the shipping and handling charges.
Shipping Limitations
When an order is placed, it will ship to the address designated by the purchaser, provided that the shipping address complies with the shipping restrictions contained on this website.
All purchases from this website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. As a result, risk of loss and title for items purchased from this website pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.
You are responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
Shipping Methods & Delivery
Travelpro.ca offers Purolator shipping services within Canada. The available Purolator shipping services include Purolator Ground and Purolator Express.
Standard ground delivery for eligible Canadian shipping addresses.
Expedited shipping, usually delivered by next-day air where available.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by inclement weather or carrier delays. We do not issue refunds for shipping costs when an estimated delivery date is missed.
Please note: Travelpro.ca does not ship to P.O. boxes. A complete and valid street address must be provided during checkout.
Shipping Notification
When your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping notification email from us containing your tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your package while it is in transit.
