Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 71.1 x 45.1 x 30.5 cm (28 x 17.75 x 12 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 78.7 x 48.3 x 30.5 cm (31 x 19 x 12 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
How big is this bag in linear dimensions, and will I owe oversize fees?
Linear dimensions are height + width + depth added together. This bag measures 146.7 cm (57.75 linear inches) by case dimensions and 157.5 cm (62 linear inches) including wheels and handles. How do I clean and care for it?
Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I don’t normally use a large suitcase, but it arrived just in time for me to use it fora trip to go to a wedding. The compartments worked perfect. With one side to hold all the accessories, additional clothes, etc and the other with a solid means to retain the formal without wrinkles. The construction seems sound and made it through its maiden voyage with only one scratch.
