Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 55.9 x 61 x 26.7 cm (22 x 24 x 10.5 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 61 x 62 x 27 cm (24 x 24.25 x 10.5 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Can I take this on the plane?
Its overall size including wheels and handle is 61 x 61.6 x 26.7 cm (24 x 24.25 x 10.5 in.), which is larger than the carry-on limits of Air Canada, Porter, Flair and Air Transat (55 x 40 x 23 cm) and WestJet (56 x 36 x 23 cm), so it is made to travel as a checked bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"This is a nice garment bag. It’s surprisingly light, and it has just enough compartments and pockets to be useful. I had the chance to compare it side by side with the Samsonite version, which felt just a little more solid in construction, and had swivel wheels. But this one won out because of being just a little more spacious and light. So far I’ve had it on one trip, and it held up fine in multiple legs & transfers. Those reviews saying it hits the back of your feet as you walk with it? I did not experience that at all."
