Which piece can I carry on the plane?

The carry-on in this set is sized to meet the 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.) carry-on limit of Air Canada, Porter, Flair and Air Transat, while larger pieces travel as checked bags. If you are matching the carry-on against a specific airline, check the airline's published limit; our guides for Air Canada and WestJet cover the Canadian carriers, and our airline guides also cover major U.S. carriers such as American, Delta and United.

Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?

Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
