What are the exact dimensions?

It measures 27.9 x 41 x 20.3 cm (11 x 16 x 8 in.). It weighs 0.7 kg (1.6 lb) and holds 28 litres.

Can I bring this on the plane in addition to a carry-on?

At 27.9 x 41 x 20.3 cm, it is larger than the published personal-item limits of Air Canada and Porter (43 x 33 x 16 cm) and WestJet (41 x 33 x 15 cm), so those airlines may count it as your carry-on rather than your personal item. Check your airline's personal-item rules before you fly. Our guides for Air Canada and WestJet list published limits for the Canadian carriers.

How much does it hold?

The listed capacity is 28 litres at 0.7 kg (1.6 lb) empty.

Is it water resistant?

Yes. The exterior fabric has a DuraGuard® coating that resists water and stains, so it holds up to rainy sidewalks and daily wear.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page, and common fixes you can do yourself are in our luggage repair guide.

How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

What warranty does this come with?

I really liked how much

"I really liked how much it held for a four day trip and allowed for exterior pockets that could hold an iPad, etc. We had purchased a similar size tote in the past and it was foldable to add to a suitcase, which this tote does not"

— Mary T. (4/5)

Doesn't fit under the seat

"I purchased this bag specifically because I wanted something that would fit under the seat on a plane — but unfortunately, it didn’t. I flew on six flights with two different airlines, and it didn’t fit under the seat on any of them. I had to store it in the overhead bin every time, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I’m really disappointed, especially after reading several reviews saying it would fit. That wasn’t my experience at all. That said, there were some things I did like: the large opening and easy-to-access zipper made it convenient to use at the airport, and the exterior pockets were handy for keeping my passport and phone within reach. But overall, it didn’t serve the purpose I bought it for."

— Kelly (2/5)

Perfect Weekender

"The size of this case is great for a short stay away or as a carryon in addition to my smaller TravelPro suitcase for an extended trip. Its light weight is a bonus when carrying it."
