"Faulty snap on the bag and terrible customer service. I registered this bag for their lifetime warranty. After 1 use, one of the snaps inside the bag broke off. I contacted customer service to repair the bag. Instead I got a new bag sent to me. Again, the same snap in the new bag broke off after one use. The bag itself looks great. But the faulty snap makes its so you can't extend the bag to its full capacity. It took months to get the replacement bag and then the new bag had to same problem. So wasteful and frustrating. Would never order from this company again."
