"I had a chance to put this luggage to the test with a longer business trip. The ability to pack my suit in the top flap was great. Being able to pack and unpack with ease compared to a clamshell case is great for a large suitcase like this. Be careful on your weight because it's easy to forget when your working with a large suitcase like this. All in all, I'm very happy with this product and with the quality that Travelpro offers."
"Well built for the job and perfectly sized for the airlines."
"Purchased the Travelpro Crew Classic Large Check-In Spinner after much research. Very happy with this item after a trip lasting 16 days. This suit case is well constructed yet relatively light weight. I was able to pack it with everything I needed for the extended trip and still not exceed weight limitations. The spinner wheels operate smoothly and the loaded bag is easy to move. I appreciate that the size of this item is equal to the maximum allowable dimensions so that there are no extra baggage fees."
"My clothes are packed for my trip in three days. I really like the room inside. The quality is very evident and I love the style with the leather look corners and stitching. This is the largest suitcase within the 62 linear inches that is airlines approved. The only con I see right now is staying within the 50 lb limit, I can fit a lot of things in this bag! My hubby has 26 in and the 20 in carryon in this line and he loves his bags too."
"Terrible, zipper was sticking. Lied about capacity. Returned. Awful customer service"
"This bag was everything I needed for longer trips that I am making. Tons of room, well designed, sturdy wheels. Lots of pocket storage, easily spins and rolls well. Features attractive color hits too. Travelpro has excellent customer service as well"
"Looks great. Very good quality - the wheels are vey smooth. It is BIG if that is what you want. Just wish the "pull" had another notch so it would be easier to also carry a briefcase."
"As a birthday gift, and after consulting with my son, I bought the large Crew bag because he travels a lot on business. He (and I) have enjoyed the same piece for years, but it was time for a new one. The most important factor in choosing the new Crew is the fact it makes it easy to pack his suit/s with the built in feature designed for that reason. He also likes the water proof section for liquids as well as the ability to expand the main section for extra space. Additionally, he was ready to try the spinner wheels. If Travelpro continues to offer these features on the large and medium bags, we will remain loyal customers. Thank you!"
"The built in garmet bag is wonderful! Suitcases seems to roll well. That was my main reason for selecting this suitcase. The built in lock is convenient will have to see how it holds up."
"I recently wrote a review about the return of a product that I bought mistakenly and had problems with the return being processed with customer service. While the difficulty of the return was problematic, the products were returned, and the refunds were issued. Huge props to the people at Travel Pro for taking the time to make sure my issues were addressed and taken care of properly. I can not thank them enough at this time. I was unable to find my original review, as I would have liked to update that one. If you mess up like me, Customer service does have your back, even though it may take a while."
