"I ordered my luggage in early December 2024. According to Purolater it was shipped December 10th and arrived at the Edmonton hub on December 20th. I’m still waiting for delivery. Purolater standard updates cite bad weather or disruption as reasons for the delay. Not able to evaluate the product and Travel Pro does not offer live phone support or even an email. Pretty disappointed so far…"

"A beautiful piece of luggage with very nice features. Travelpro has been an excellent company to deal with and has exceptional customer services. As a carry-on only, frequent traveler, I am very particular about my luggage. A few things of note: the inside packing space could be more efficient if the handle structure was reorganized slightly, the external pockets are too small to be useful i.e. fit a toiletry bag for easy access at security, and the height is right on the edge of allowable cabin baggage - so far it hasn't been forced into the cargo hold..."

"Rolls great. Fits in the overhead storage. That is the two main things. It is also well organized, lightweight, but hold a heavy backpack on top. I also want to commend TravelPro for their customer service. I ordered the wrong item (2-wheels - my fault). The return and reorder process was very easy. I talked to them. They set me up a shipping label and off we went. Got everything sorted out in 5 days from the far side of the country."
