"This is a well made Travelpro build quality product that is sadly space inefficient. Bought to replace an older Samsonite it's not able to take a fraction of the contents. The handle interior frame is bulky and wastes a lot of space and the compression is a disappointment. A regret purchase."

I was carrying 25 pounds of stuff on one trip before this case. I also like the easy access for a laptop, but warning, put your laptop in a protective case before sliding it into the external pocket. My screen got cracked from the way my luggage was loaded into the car heading to the airport. Changes? I wish the organizing piece on the inside could be separated into separate packing cubes for storing in a drawer in the hotel. Because it can't, I don't use it. I would like to be able to lock the external pocket as well for times when you need to leave your luggage with a hotel"
