Travelpro.ca ships to addresses within Canada. For shipping to the United States, please visit travelpro.com. For the UK and Europe, please visit eu.travelpro.com.
Free shipping
Standard shipping is free on orders over $130 (before taxes), except to Yukon, the Northwest Territories and Nunavut, where Purolator rates apply.
Processing and delivery times
Most orders ship within 24 hours of order confirmation. Delivery times depend on your destination and the shipping method you choose:
- Purolator Ground: 2 to 7 business days
- Purolator Express: 1 to 2 business days
Expedited shipping can be purchased at checkout.
Tracking
We send tracking details by email once your order ships. You can also view your orders and their status by logging into your account.
Multiple packages
We make every effort to ship all items in an order together. Some orders ship on different dates or from different fulfilment centres, so you may receive more than one package and tracking number.
P.O. boxes
We cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Sales tax
Applicable sales tax for all provinces and territories is added at checkout.
