On most North American airlines it fits the personal-item role (the bag that goes under the seat), which can let you bring a full-size carry-on too. Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 14 inches. That covers 13 and 14 inch models such as the MacBook Air 13, MacBook Pro 14, Dell XPS 13 and 14, and ThinkPad X1 Carbon. 15 and 16 inch laptops will not fit the sleeve. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"The design is not ideal. Each time I lower the telescopic handle and try to close the zipper, the two zippers that close the main part of the bag get caught. This requires me to stop each time to move the two zippers out of the way so that I can close the zipper that houses the handle.
