"The bag itself is well designed and well made. When trying to go backwards on two wheels the bag balks and twists and stalls out. I think Travelpro cheapped out on the wheels for this model as both our bags are like this. Because we got the bags on a great sale we won't return them but it's very annoying and we worry about the quality and longevity of the wheels."

Great product but the lock was broken.
