Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 52.1 x 34.9 x 22.9 cm (20.5 x 13.75 x 9 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 58.4 x 36.8 x 24.1 cm (23 x 14.5 x 9.5 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?

Its overall height (58.4 cm / 23 in.) is above the published carry-on limits of the Canadian airlines below, so it may not fit a strict airline sizer. Carry-on limits vary by airline, so compare the overall dimensions (58.4 x 36.8 x 24.1 cm (23 x 14.5 x 9.5 in.)) against yours before you fly:

Airline	Published carry-on limit
Air Canada	55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.)
WestJet	56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.)
Air Transat	55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.)

Regional jets have smaller bins, so expect to gate-check on those flights regardless of brand. And every bag is covered by our 30-day return policy.

Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?

Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page, and common fixes you can do yourself are in our luggage repair guide.

How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

What warranty does this come with?

Travelpro products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. See our warranty information page for the coverage that applies to this collection, plus our 30-day return policy.

Purchased this carry-on bag along

"Purchased this carry-on bag along with the matching checked piece to replace an old Away hard shell set whose handles disintegrated, the pull-out handle couldn't be retrofitted, and warranty claims were complicated and problematic. This is a beautiful bag. Appears very well made with lots of pockets and compartments for packing. It's lightweight and the spinner wheels are excellent. Very handsome blue color. This should be a great bag to carry-on to Hawaii with lots of room for souvenirs."

— Jeffrey L. (5/5)

I took it on a

"I took it on a trip for the first time recently and was very happy to have purchased the crew classic carry-on spinner. The balance, handle and the wheel system live up to the many positive reviews the receive and it is notably better and easier to use than a range of other spinners we've had over the years. The interior of the bag is also spacious for it's outer dimensions. The internal organizer is not entirely intuitive to me even after reading about it and watching a YouTube video, but it does seem helpful."

— Jon B. (5/5)

My 11 year old carry

"My 11 year old carry on was rapidly degrading and it was time for replacement. I ended up purchasing the Crew Classic carry-on and under seat tote. I traveled with it for the first time this month and was very impressed with the space and performance. There are higher end products, but the price and value for these travel products are exceptional."

— JON D. (5/5)

Perfect size and weight. Spinner

"Perfect size and weight. Spinner wheels work really well. Appears very high quality. Plenty of room inside the luggage."

— Kathryn J. (5/5)

Quality and maneuverability are top

"Quality and maneuverability are top values. Interior is laid out very well. Very nice luggage."

— JOHN F. (5/5)

After looking at multiple brands

"After looking at multiple brands and both soft‑ and hard‑sided options, this Travelpro stood out as the best choice. It has a surprising amount of room for a true carry‑on and the organizational layout makes packing incredibly easy. I try to avoid checking luggage, so durability and efficiency matter. . . this bag is purpose built to be the best carry-on. Smooth wheels, smart design, and solid construction. Love the product!"
