Frequently Asked Questions
Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 45.7 x 37.5 x 17.8 cm (18 x 14.75 x 7 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 55.2 x 37.5 x 24.8 cm (21.75 x 14.75 x 9.75 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?
Its overall dimensions including wheels and handles are 55.2 x 37.5 x 24.8 cm (21.75 x 14.75 x 9.75 in.). Compare that number against your airline's published carry-on limit:
| Airline | Published carry-on limit |
|---|---|
| Air Canada | 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.) |
| WestJet | 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.) |
| Air Transat | 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.) |
Flying with a U.S. carrier? Our airline guides cover the carry-on rules of major U.S. airlines such as American, Delta and United.
Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page, and common fixes you can do yourself are in our luggage repair guide.
How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
What warranty does this come with?
Travelpro products are covered against defects in materials and workmanship. See our warranty information page for the coverage that applies to this collection, plus our 30-day return policy.

Exactly what I was looking
"Exactly what I was looking for. Sturdy , stylish and all sorts of extras. Great value for the price !"
connoisseur 4
"The bag itself is well designed and well made. When trying to go backwards on two wheels the bag balks and twists and stalls out. I think Travelpro cheapped out on the wheels for this model as both our bags are like this. Because we got the bags on a great sale we won't return them but it's very annoying and we worry about the quality and longevity of the wheels."
Great product but the lock was broken.
"The lock was missing one of the screws that attached it to the side of the suitcase. I had to take it apart and reattach properly."
Just received it, won’t be
"Just received it, won’t be using until January but very impressed with the construction, quality and mobility. It appears to be very roomy so I am looking forward to packing it."
"This has everything I was looking for. Expansion, couple of deep pockets on te outside, and a mesh pocket on the inside."
Travel pro carry on
"a very good product. I highly recommend it."
Carry-On Spinner Suitcase
"A well designed suitcase, a bit smaller than what I’m use to, however I wanted something light and easy for a carryon."
Great quality!
"Really impressed with the overall quality of the bag. Lightweight bag and great spinner wheels that work well on different surfaces."
Nice bag but too big
"Sold as carry on luggage but airlines want smaller sizes. I had to return this bag."
