Which piece can I carry on the plane?
The carry-on in this set is sized to meet the 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.) carry-on limit of Air Canada, Porter, Flair and Air Transat, while larger pieces travel as checked bags. Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I bought this for 300$, what a steal! The build quality is well worth it, no regrets on the price for the product I received. The name is synonymous with trust from aircrews, and it shows in the hard shell, in the zipper, the wheels and the inside lining. The handle is wobbly, I still havent found a brand thats managed to eliminate it fully except for Monos, but those are the Rolls Royce of suitcases, not exactly for your everyday traveller. If you can snag it for under 450$, you are not doing too bad for yourself."
