Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"My luggage was delivered a week late because Travelpro uses Purolator, which is slightly cheaper than other couriers, but has a policy of not actually delivering items but instead leaving pick-up tags. I was home all day waiting for the delivery, but when the driver arrived, they just left a tag instructing me to drive 45 minutes to a different city to pick up the luggage. They were not able to deliver it for another week, and emails to Travelpro customer service went unanswered. Very disappointed with this situation and will purchase B&R again next time."
