Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 47.6 x 33.7 x 22.9 cm (18.75 x 13.25 x 9 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 55.9 x 35.6 x 22.9 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?
Its overall dimensions meet WestJet's carry-on size limit of 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.), wheels and handles included. Canadian carriers publish their own limits, so compare the overall dimensions (55.9 x 35.6 x 22.9 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.)) against your airline:

Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
Can I charge my phone from this bag?
Yes. External USB-A and USB-C ports connect to a hidden battery sleeve inside the expansion gusset, so your power bank stays with you in the cabin, as airline rules require. Bring your own power bank (not included), drop it in the sleeve, and charge without opening the bag. Port output specs: USB-A 5V / 2A (10W); USB-C 9V / 3A (27W).
How do I set the TSA lock combination?
The lock ships set to 0-0-0. To set your own code: turn the dials to 0-0-0, remove the zipper pullers from the lock, press the reset button on the side of the lock with a pen until it clicks, choose your combination, then press or slide the release button. How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use.
