"Very well made with fine materials. All the zipper and shoulder strap hardware is heavy brushed metal, nicely detailed. Plenty of individual storage pockets - the exterior water bottle storage was the clincher for us. Happy to report my 17" (diagonal length) laptop fits nicely in the padded internal sleeve, which has it's own strap to hold laptop in place. Better made than our London Fog suitcase !"
