Frequently Asked Questions
What are the exact dimensions?
It measures 7.62 x 19.05 x 8.89 cm (3 x 7.5 x 3.5 in.). It weighs 0.1 kg (0.2 lb).
Can I bring this on the plane in addition to a carry-on?
At 7.62 x 19.05 x 8.89 cm, it is within the personal-item limits of Air Canada and Porter (43 x 33 x 16 cm) and WestJet (41 x 33 x 15 cm), so it can travel as your personal item, stored under the seat, alongside a full-size carry-on in the bin. Our guides for Air Canada and WestJet list published limits for the Canadian carriers.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page, and common fixes you can do yourself are in our luggage repair guide.
How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
What warranty does this come with?
This product is covered by the Travelpro® Essentials™ Warranty, plus our 30-day return policy. The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship.
