Best for: The laptop-first crowd, and carry-on minimalists.
It measures 46 x 38 x 24 cm (18 x 15 x 9.5 in.). It weighs 1.8 kg (4 lb) and holds 30 litres.
At 46 x 38 x 24 cm, it is larger than the published personal-item limits of Air Canada and Porter (43 x 33 x 16 cm) and WestJet (41 x 33 x 15 cm), so those airlines may count it as your carry-on rather than your personal item. Check your airline's personal-item rules before you fly. Our guides for Air Canada and WestJet list published limits for the Canadian carriers.
The listed capacity is 30 litres at 1.8 kg (4 lb) empty.
Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 16 inches. That covers virtually every mainstream laptop: the 16-inch MacBook Pro, MacBook Air 13 and 15, Dell XPS up to the XPS 16, Microsoft Surface Laptop, and 14 to 16 inch ThinkPad models, plus anything smaller. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.
Yes. The ID TheftBlock™ pocket is RFID-blocking, shielding passports and cards from wireless skimming while you travel.
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"Really feels well-made. Zippers are excellent and the water-proofing looks strong; but the placement of the laptop zipper is too close to the expansion zipper and I always grab the wrong one. Super solid feel, so it doesn't get more compact which some backpacks are better at which is a trade-off for the protection. I use this on my semi-daily commute and look forward to traveling with it."
"Excellent bag . Excellent quality"
"Good for both work and leisure. Use daily to go too the gym before work. Large enough to hold all my clothes like a duffle, but stylish and trim enough to be a professional backpack."
"After trying all sorts of backpack for business trip I finally find the best one ever this is just perfect from standing upright to the capacity for computer tablette files etc."
"Great product."
"I’ve spent so much money and time trying to find the perfect back pack that can fit my everyday items as well as fit travel supplies for short trips so I don’t have to take a carry on and oh boy does this bag do that! It’s the most thoughtful design I’ve ever seen: - the quality of the material is superior, this thing will last years - the size is perfect, I got the large size and honestly everyone get this size, if you are not traveling it’s the same size as a standard pack bag, for travel you can either keep it the same size (it can fit up to 3 days of travel content) or expand it to make it fit up to 6 or 7 days of content - The thoughtful design, so many pockets work plenty of space for everything you need - The ability to hook the organizer kit to it, game changer! - Very comfortable to carry, the back cushion makes it so easy to carry around effortlessly."
"Good quality material, zippers are solid and lots of organizaitonal pockets."
"I use this as my flight bag. Bag is great fits under the seat of almost any aircraft for commuting."
