We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 50.2 x 33.7 x 21.6 cm (19.75 x 13.25 x 8.5 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 55.9 x 35.6 x 22.9 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

| WestJet | 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.) |

Regional jets have smaller bins, so expect to gate-check on those flights regardless of brand. And every bag is covered by our 30-day return policy.
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Full coverage details are on the warranty information page, and common fixes you can do yourself are in our luggage repair guide.
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"This bag is built very well! It rolls effortlessly on any surface! Very stylish and very usable in any situation! It fits in any overhead bin, even in the smaller ERJ aircraft! This seems to be very rugged and durable! A great purchase!"
"I think it is an excellent product. It handles smaller domestic US overhead bins easily. I wish the small document pocket was a bit easier to access & had a clip inside to hold car keys. It would also be nice if there was a collapsible clip, pocket or netbag to hold a single water bottle (for between flights)."
"Bought this one for my wife. I’ve had one like it for ten years and appreciate how it keeps what’s in it, how it rolls and how it packs. The original shows no signs of wear despite months of travel."
"You make nice looking, hard wearing, well designed luggage that is durable and lasts for years. I’m just replacing a previous set that I purchased from you 25 years ago … I loose track of time. It’s been with me to Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North Africa and has stood the test of time. Although I’m now 75, I’m planning to take a few more European trips if I can with my two new luggage pieces in Patriot Blue honouring the 250 years of your democracy. Even though I’m Canadian, I chose it as I really liked the colour. Keep on making your great luggage!!"
"Great little piece of luggage but I don't care too much for the way the toiletries bag is attached. Maybe Velcro or a snap button would be better."
"This bag is great. I had a "full sized" carry-on with a built in laptop section that never got used. This smaller bag holds more than that bag did and no more having to gate check!"
"Worth every dollar. Everything fit inside with room to spare. Wheels are really smooth. The side and bottom handles make it so much easier to put it in the overhead bin."
"It's too narrow. The Swiss Travel carry-on suitcase is still my best for me as far as interior extra space. I have mine for 3 years and been in 5 country's and multiple flights/trips here in the U. S. The quality is pretty good. It's because their expandable zipper goes all the way around. Not like Travelpro, that it stops on the top creating that narrow space (oblong-shape) instead of being square and having the extra 2 inches by 10 inch. makes a big difference. But I am keeping this Travelpro Classic-Crew because I just don't have time to research more what's equivalent to Swiss Traveler carry-on suitcase. May Ouano"
"I bought this bag for personal a business travel. It fits perfectly even in tiny ERJ overhead bins. I can’t explain how wonderful the wheel system is. Even when fully loaded with a heavy backpack on top it rolls effortlessly saving arm fatigue during long walks during travel. It seems rugged and durable made of water resistant materials. This is the best carry on bag I have ever owned."
"Small, light, space efficient and super easy to wheel through airports and tight spaces. A valued purchase."
