Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"Just back from my first flight using this tote. Generally very pleased. Quite roomy. Light coloured interior makes it easy to find items. Only concern is with my iPad in the front zipped section the whole bag tends to sag forward when using the handle sleeve to secure it to my roller bag. If I slip one of the tote handles over the pull handle of my suitcase this issue is solved."
