Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
What warranty does this come with?

The Maxlite® Air V2 2-Piece Travel Set pairs the Compact Carry-On Hardside Spinner with the Large Check-In Hardside Spinner — built for longer trips, family travel, and anytime you need to pack a little more.
Both pieces share the same ultra-light build with heavy-duty durability. The crack-resistant polycarbonate shell is beyond strong but flexible enough to absorb impact if dropped, with a stylish finish that deflects visible wear. Reinforced inner corner guards add protection in high-impact areas, and integrated TSA locks let authorities inspect without compromising security.
Inside, sustainability meets organization. ECOFAB™ lining is made from recycled plastic bottles (approx. 9 in the Carry-On, 19.5 in the Large) and treated with H2O guard for moisture resistance. Zippered divider panels and accessory pockets keep contents in place, and expansion zippers add room when you need it.
