"I purchased this bag specifically because I wanted something that would fit under the seat on a plane — but unfortunately, it didn’t. I flew on six flights with two different airlines, and it didn’t fit under the seat on any of them. I had to store it in the overhead bin every time, which is exactly what I was trying to avoid. I’m really disappointed, especially after reading several reviews saying it would fit. That wasn’t my experience at all. That said, there were some things I did like: the large opening and easy-to-access zipper made it convenient to use at the airport, and the exterior pockets were handy for keeping my passport and phone within reach. But overall, it didn’t serve the purpose I bought it for."
