"The design and build quality of this bag exceeded my expectations. I look forward to having this bag for many, many years. I have but one small criticism; the front pocket for holding pens, wallet, small electronics, etc, has only one zipper while all other pockets have two. For ergonomic purposes, I wish this pocket had two zippers. Other than this one small item, this bag is perfect."
