"★★☆☆☆ Looks good, but misses some basic travel features I really wanted to like the VersaPack+ UnderSeat Tote because the size and appearance are appealing, and it coordinates nicely with the rest of the collection. Unfortunately, after using it, I think the design leaves out several practical features that would make it much more useful for frequent travel. The exterior material seems especially prone to staining. Once it gets marked up, the stains are very difficult to remove, which is frustrating for a bag that is intended to spend time under airline seats and around airports. There is also no dedicated place for a beverage or water bottle. On an underseat travel bag, that feels like a significant omission. A simple exterior bottle pocket would make the bag considerably more functional. Another disappointment is the rear slip-through sleeve. It allows the tote to slide over a suitcase handle, but unlike the Platinum product I previously owned, the sleeve does not have a zipper that allows it to double as a secure pocket. That small design detail makes a real difference in everyday travel because it gives you another protected place for documents, a phone, or other quick-access items when you are not using the sleeve over a luggage handle. The bag is attractive and the basic concept is good, but for a Travelpro product at this level, I expected more thoughtful organization and more practical travel features."

This is my second set
"This is my second set of Travelpro luggage and I am a fan. This bag sits nicely, and securely, on top of my carry on spinner. It is a little smaller than my last Travelpro underseat bag, but it fit all my toiletries, my computer, charging cords, etc. There was plenty of room and the pockets helped everything feel organized. I'm happy with my purchase!"

I’m not sure this counts as an “under seat” bag
"I’ve packed this up, but it looks big. Sure enough, I checked my airline’s size requirements for a personal item and it’s way too big. It’s an otherwise good bag with good organization and structure, but I’m very disappointed and I’m not taking the chance. I’m going to have to leave it at home and chalk it up to a pricey mistake."

Not at great as I
"Not at great as I was hoping. You can not use the full capacity of the bag if you want to place on your suitcase or your suitcase will flip over. I tried to underfill the bag and still had the issue that my suitcase would fall because of being top heavy."

Poor customer service
"Was trying to apply discount and by mistake Pressed submit order. Send email immediately after to cancel. First response stated would try to cancel. After a few emails was advised unable to stop order and just return it. This also showed as final sale. I pointed out that order was placed March 12 - 10:30 am cancelled immediately after. Product not shipped until March 13 - 5:13 pm. They were able to take my money immediate but not able to cancel immediately. Very disappointed with customer service as when reply emails gets put back into the queue and who knows when they will answer. Will not purchase from this company or promote it to anyone as they are someone dishonest."

"WHEN I FIRST RECEIVED THE BAG, I THOUGHT IT WAS TOO BIG AND WOULD BE DIFFICULT TO WORK WITH. I WAS SO WRONG!!! IT WAS VERY EASY TO USE, I FOUND ALL THE POCKETS HELPFUL, AS I WAS CARRYING SOME PAPER WORK, AN IPAD, MAKE UP, LIQUIDS TSA BAG, SNACKS FOR THE TRIP, MY EMPTY WATER BOTTLE,AND PASSPORT. I EASILY STUFFED MY DOWN JACKET INTO IT ONCE REACHING A WARM CLIMATE. I LOVED THAT I COULD SLIP IT OVER THE HANDLE OF MY SUITCASE FOR EASY MOVEMENT. IT FIT WELL UNDER THE SEAT ON JET BLUE. A VERY USEFUL BAG! THE ONLY CHANGE I WOULD MAKE TO THE BAG( ANICE TO HAVE, NOT NEED TO HAVE), IS THE ABILITY TO CLIP THE HANDLES TOGETHER WHEN IN MOTION. OVERALL, A GREAT, USEFUL BAG!!"
