Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 48 x 34 x 23 cm (18.75 x 13.25 x 9 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 55 x 35 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?

This bag is sizer-bin tested against the carry-on sizers and overhead bins of mainline aircraft. Its overall dimensions sit within the commonly published 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.) standard. Canadian carriers publish their own limits, so compare the overall dimensions (55 x 35 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.)) against your airline:

Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?

Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?

Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

I’e had multiple TravelPro bags

"I’e had multiple TravelPro bags over past 20 or so years, & wanted to replace a TP soft sided compact carry on that I’ve used for about 6 years. This bag is maybe an inch or so smaller and a few pounds lighter which is what I was looking for. In general I’d say the quality of TP construction has decreased. Zippers will likely fail and materials are good but not as good as in years past. Easily scratched from one trip. Space is VERY limited. The R side of the bag fits practically nothing because the space is taken up with the handles, I used it for a pair of shoes & small toiletries. The L side fit 2 medium packing cubes. I miss an external pocket. Was able to make it work for a 3 day business trip to FL w/ a carryon personal item bag from another company. If I had to pack any outerwear not sure where that would go! I’m going to keep it but just know it’s VERY small inside the bag."
