Not durable
"After doing extensive research, I purchased four of these for our family. We initially really liked them, as they are lightweight, look sleek, have great organizational features, and are high capacity with the expandable zip. However, after five trips, two of our suitcases have had significant damage - one had the handle snap off, while another has a corner completely cave in, rendering the suitcase useless (see photo). We also noticed on all of them that the wheels scuff badly despite being rolled on regular paved surfaces, no cobblestone. We are extremely careful and gentle with our belongings. We obviously have no control over how airlines treat luggage, but I do expect luggage to still hold up after 2 years of infrequent use. We reached out to Travelpro’s customer service and was told that they could do nothing about airline damage, so now we are stuck with broken luggage and needing to buy a replacement elsewhere. Wish they held up better because they were great while they lasted."
