We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 62.2 x 41.3 x 29.8 cm (24.5 x 16.25 x 11.75 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 69.9 x 44.5 x 29.8 cm (27.5 x 17.5 x 11.75 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
How big is this bag in linear dimensions, and will I owe oversize fees?
Linear dimensions are height + width + depth added together. This bag measures 133.4 cm (52.5 linear inches) by case dimensions and 144.1 cm (56.75 linear inches) including wheels and handles. How do I set the TSA lock combination?
The lock ships set to 0-0-0. To set your own code: turn the dials to 0-0-0, remove the zipper pullers from the lock, press the reset button on the side of the lock with a pen until it clicks, choose your combination, then press or slide the release button. How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
