"Appreciate the ease in moving with the spinners. Nice finish. Quality bag. Like the laptop pocket but its zipper can be difficult due to angles, charger pocket, internal pocket, expansion gusset. Thought it would have more internal space like my Hartmann, but the internal dividers make it difficult to pack boots and larger shoes. It’s as large as I can get without a check-in, so I’ll use it a lot given the à la carte pricing of airlines. Recommended."

"I waited to review this piece in order to allow me a few uses. This is my fourth Travelpro purchase. I am a repeat customer due to the exceptional quality of their products. This case is no exception. We bought 2 of the same case in order to replace old (different brand) carry ons bags. The inside organization is useful. This is the only hard side case I have ever owned that has a laptop pocket. I stored a folder with confirmation documents in it instead. The wheels glide so smoothly, the bags tried to roll away from us when we were stopped on an incline. Zippers glide smoothly as well. I appreciate the ability to lock the suitcase for when we are forced to gate check the bag or even when we leave our luggage at bell services in the hotel. I was able to pack a week’s worth of clothing for a “winter” trip to Florida. We also own a platinum elite soft side carryon and the suitcase I choose for a particular trip would depend on what and how much I want to put in the front pockets, since the soft front pockets can expand a bit. When traveling on international airlines I choose Travelpro’s maxlite international carry-on since weight and size limits are more of a consideration. Again, you can’t go wrong with Travelpro."

"Platinum elite carry on business plus hard side spinner was purchased as part of a text promotion offered by Travelpro. The order was processed quickly and the item received ahead of schedule and initially out of the box, it looks like a great product. However, after checking all pockets/zippers for proper operation out of the bag, we discovered the top flap pocket zippers are both binding and not operating properly. We were barely able to zip them both open, but have been unable to re-zip to close the bag. They are too tight on the compound curve portion and afraid that any further effort or force placed on the zipper will damage/break it. A warranty replacement submission was provided along with photos, but more detail was requested by Travelpro warranty personnel, which other than a video is not available, they have numerous photos that we provided. . Travelpro has all we can provide short of a video which they cannot accept, we are told. Still waiting on a response to our second reply first of this week. Disappointed with the delay in response to a claim for a brand new piece of luggage."
