Which piece can I carry on the plane?
The spinner is the carry-on piece in this set; carry-on limits vary by airline, so check yours before you fly. The backpack (44 x 32 x 22 cm) is larger than the published personal-item limits of Air Canada and Porter (43 x 33 x 16 cm) and WestJet (41 x 33 x 15 cm), so check whether your airline will accept it as a personal item. Does expanding the bag change whether it fits airline sizers?
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.
