"I’m impressed with the smooth wheels and the quality of the product. It rolls very well. For a small carry on I prefer more pockets for organizing my items. I had to use my own pouches and bags to fill the large interior area. Not as easy to quickly grab an item as my previous carry on. (Which is what you want when you’re getting settled on the plane!) The way the larger main section opens is a bit annoying with the Velcro and the big snap."
"Replaced my backpack/tote with this spinner under seat carry on. So much easier than trying to carry an overloaded backpack which was difficult to gain entry. Lots of room, pockets, laptop sleeve and charging port. It needs a water bottle holder on the outside for easy access. The add on ones from Amazon do not fit because the trolley handle is too wide for the holder to adapt. Best part is wheels roll perfectly and that’s why I purchased this."
"The construction and materials are very nice. I do wish the Velcro flaps could be folded in because they ruined my clothes. There is no way to keep them folded back to prevent catching and snagging items. Also, the lowest height of the telescoping handle is a little too high for my shorter height (5’1”). I would recommend the brand but not necessarily bags with these 2 issues."

"2nd time I have purchased this carry on tote. Main reason I like it so much is that you do not have to lay flat to access the inside. Opens will standing up and with side fasteners nothing falls out. Amazingly easy to maneuver with its spinner wheels. Zippers work well on all pockets. I did remove the piece of padding that would protect a laptop as I do not travel with one and the padding just used up space. Fits all overhead compartments to planes that I have traveled on. Excellent product."
