How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"This is an amazing business backpack, the multiple pockets are designed thoughtfully and placed so that all your "things" have a place to go. I also love that there are 3 different zippers to open up the bag, one for the laptop, one for folders and charges etc and then one specifically for your passport and business cards. One of the best bonus features is the top secret zip, you can just put your phone, headphones, mouse and stuff you need quick and easy access to. I also love that this bag will just stand up, all my previous bags the weight of what is in it causes it to flop over, not this one, it stands up no matter what. "My first trip with my new back pack and I love it. I was concerned about the size but I can fit everything I need including a laptop and iPad. The pockets are really well thought out and everything I need is within reach at the airport and meetings. The magnetic pocket is perfect for phone wallet and glasses while going through security and the small pocket on top of the backpack is where I place everything I will need during a flight or in a meeting.
