Do the listed dimensions include wheels and handles?

We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 30.4 x 33.02 x 17.78 cm (17.5 x 13 x 7 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 44.45 x 40.6 x 21.5 cm (17.5 x 16 x 8.5 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

Can I bring this on the plane in addition to a carry-on?

On most airlines a bag like this travels as your personal item, stored under the seat, alongside a full-size carry-on in the bin. Check your airline's personal-item dimensions to confirm. Our guides for Air Canada and WestJet list published limits for the Canadian carriers.

Will it fit my laptop?

Yes, the padded sleeve fits laptops up to 16 inches. That covers virtually every mainstream laptop: the 16-inch MacBook Pro, MacBook Air 13 and 15, Dell XPS up to the XPS 16, Microsoft Surface Laptop, and 14 to 16 inch ThinkPad models, plus anything smaller. Screen size is the guide; a slim sleeve or case on the laptop usually still fits.

Yes. The ID TheftBlock™ pocket is RFID-blocking, shielding passports and cards from wireless skimming while you travel.

How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?

Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?

Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"This is an amazing business backpack, the multiple pockets are designed thoughtfully and placed so that all your "things" have a place to go. I also love that there are 3 different zippers to open up the bag, one for the laptop, one for folders and charges etc and then one specifically for your passport and business cards. One of the best bonus features is the top secret zip, you can just put your phone, headphones, mouse and stuff you need quick and easy access to. I also love that this bag will just stand up, all my previous bags the weight of what is in it causes it to flop over, not this one, it stands up no matter what. Annoyingly noisy when walking, low quality leather

"The backpack itself is nice but very, very noisy when walking. The zipper ends are constantly clanking every step in the airport. I listened around to others with backpacks - silent. Obviously Montreal world tested else they would have notice the loud and incessant clanking. The leatherette material used as an accent is very low quality and will not stand the test of time. It started peeling immediately. There are many, many other bags at this price point that are much better quality. Disappointed."
