Annoyingly noisy when walking, low quality leather

"The backpack itself is nice but very, very noisy when walking. The zipper ends are constantly clanking every step in the airport. I listened around to others with backpacks - silent. Obviously Montreal world tested else they would have notice the loud and incessant clanking. The leatherette material used as an accent is very low quality and will not stand the test of time. It started peeling immediately. There are many, many other bags at this price point that are much better quality. Disappointed."

Too many sleeves!

"Well made and good looking, but we had to return because, with all the sleeves inside the main part, there isn’t enough room to put in travel essentials like extra clothes and jackets. Not really a travel backpack!"

Very nice, well thought out bag but warranty?

"It is an amazing backpack, own other products and in general love the brand, and would potentially buy again, following up on the warranty is difficult. I have only had the backpack for less than a year (still looks new). However, the front zipper is fragile/faulty and keeps popping open every time it is poked from the side. While I seem to be able to get the zipper working, it gets me nervous being the front compartment where the passport pocket is located. It is very difficult to figure out how to contact the company to determine if this is on a warranty and/or to get a replacement/fixed. I tried to register the product and still have the registration card but the style number, which is supposed to be "on the inside pocket of the main compartment", is not there making submission of a claim impossible."

Business Backpack Substitute for Briefcase

"Very nice business backpack with padded compartments for 2 laptops or one laptop + one tablet. Plenty of other space for files or anything else you would otherwise place into a briefcase. This would function as a travel substitute for a briefcase. The capacity is good although slightly reduced for large items because of the multiple compartments. The fabric seems durable with good zippers."

Perfect travel backpack for medium length trips

"Perfect backpack for medium length travel. Can fit iPad or small laptop, good space for essentials (wallet, keys, headphones, etc). Lightweight, fits well with Travelpro luggage (has strap for slipping over luggage handle). I needed something smaller than a very large backpack and larger than a crossbody bag and this has been perfect. Key clip is very solidly built, keeps keys very secure during travel."
