A tip-resistant, zippered expansion option increases packing space up to two inches when needed. Prefer to check it? "The most expensive luggage I’ve ever bought, and I completely regret it. I travel extensively, and this luggage isn’t any better than luggage that’s half the price. I’m having problems with the TSA locks after the second use. I’ve made three attempts to contact customer service to get this resolved under warranty. They finally opened a ticket and asked for more info about my issue to which I responded immediately. I’ve heard absolutely nothing from them since then"

Love it, but remember it's a soft side and light colors do show the dirt.

"I love my carry-on. It's so easy to maneuver and big enough to put my CPAP case into. It's so nice to not be wearing a backpack and carrying the CPAP! I was carrying 25 pounds of stuff on one trip before this case. I also like the easy access for a laptop, but warning, put your laptop in a protective case before sliding it into the external pocket. My screen got cracked from the way my luggage was loaded into the car heading to the airport. Changes? I wish the organizing piece on the inside could be separated into separate packing cubes for storing in a drawer in the hotel. Because it can't, I don't use it. I would like to be able to lock the external pocket as well for times when you need to leave your luggage with a hotel"

"Well made and wheels work very smoothly. But the zip up partitions aren’t removable unless you cut the strap. Would prefer to have the option to remove those to store more. But the quality overall is excellent. Just not as roomy as I wanted."

Item not shipped & zero customer service help

"I ordered 2 carry-on spinners and 1 tote bag. The tote bag didn't ship but Travel Pro showed it shipped and was delivered. I started with their AI assistant on their website which wasn't helpful at all. Then I contacted customer support explaining that I got both pkgs/tracking #'s that they showed shipped and that I had also checked inside both carry-ons to see if the tote was nested inside. They obviously didn't even read what I sent and only sent a worthless canned response that said to check side doors etc for the missing pkgs (which I stated I had received) and to check the baggage for nesting (which I had stated I had already done). Also on 12/05, I received an automated shipping confirmation that my order had shipped and to expect delivery on 12/11, but the delivery was on 12/05 which was the day of email that said it had just shipped. They obviously have admin issues and extremely poor customer service. I had to file a dispute with my credit card issuer to resolve the issue."
