We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 74.9 x 52.1 x 32.4 cm (29.5 x 20.5 x 12.75 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 82.6 x 53.3 x 33.7 cm (32.5 x 21 x 13.25 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.

How big is this bag in linear dimensions, and will I owe oversize fees?

Linear dimensions are height + width + depth added together. This bag measures 159.4 cm (62.75 linear inches) by case dimensions and 169.6 cm (66.75 linear inches) including wheels and handles. How do I set the TSA lock combination?

The lock ships set to 0-0-0. To set your own code: turn the dials to 0-0-0, remove the zipper pullers from the lock, press the reset button on the side of the lock with a pen until it clicks, choose your combination, then press or slide the release button. How do I clean and care for it?

Great but not so great

"Unfortunately, I hate to use this beautiful bag. Every time I have used it, even under packed without shoes or use of the garment option, the bag ends up being overweight. I hate I bought it and should have just gotten 2 medium bags. I can't really use it despite it being great to maneuver and great organizationally. Now I'm stuck with a costly piece of luggage that I can't really use. It may be great for a road trip, but if it has to be packed for a week trip, which is why I bought it, it may not work out for you as it did not work out for me on at least 3 occasions. Now what?? If I could return it for the medium I would do so right away. Think twice about this size. It could cost you an extra 100. 00 at the airport! Now what do I do with this luggage because I'm flying, not taking road trips."

"Overall, they appear to be a great piece of luggage. I used the carry on immediately upon receipt. I do love all the different compartments to hide things in. Extremely disappointed that the carry on does not have the locks for the zipper like the larger 2 pieces. Wheels were great, although I had a few times where it was difficult to steer. When bag was sitting on top of luggage, luggage seemed to want to fall over at times. I would buy a more affordable set from this company for these reasons."
