We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 53.3 x 35.5 x 22.8 cm (21 x 14 x 9 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 58.4 x 36.8 x 22.8 cm (23 x 14.5 x 9 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Will this carry-on fit my airline's size limits?

Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.

Yes. The exterior fabric has a DuraGuard® coating that resists water and stains, so it holds up to rainy sidewalks and daily wear.
How do I make a warranty claim or get repairs?
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. How do I clean and care for it?
Use a 50/50 mixture of alcohol and water, apply with a soft cloth, and gently rub the affected area until the spot lifts. Let the bag air dry completely before storing. A little lemon juice in the mixture freshens the fabric. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

Purolater standard updates cite bad weather or disruption as reasons for the delay. Not able to evaluate the product and Travel Pro does not offer live phone support or even an email. As a carry-on only, frequent traveler, I am very particular about my luggage. A few things of note: the inside packing space could be more efficient if the handle structure was reorganized slightly, the external pockets are too small to be useful i.e. fit a toiletry bag for easy access at security, and the height is right on the edge of allowable cabin baggage - so far it hasn't been forced into the cargo hold..."

"Rolls great. Fits in the overhead storage. That is the two main things. It is also well organized, lightweight, but hold a heavy backpack on top. I also want to commend TravelPro for their customer service. I ordered the wrong item (2-wheels - my fault). The return and reorder process was very easy. I talked to them. They set me up a shipping label and off we went. Got everything sorted out in 5 days from the far side of the country."
