Best for: One-bag travellers who treat the overhead bin as home, and anyone tired of waiting at the carousel.
We publish both numbers. The case dimensions (the packing body only) are 47.6 x 33.7 x 22.9 cm (18.75 x 13.25 x 9 in.). The overall dimensions, which include wheels and carry handles, are 55.9 x 35.6 x 22.9 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.). When airlines publish size limits they mean the overall size, so compare the overall number to your airline's limit.
Its overall dimensions meet WestJet's carry-on size limit of 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.), wheels and handles included. Canadian carriers publish their own limits, so compare the overall dimensions (55.9 x 35.6 x 22.9 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.)) against your airline:
| Airline | Published carry-on limit |

| Air Canada | 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.) |
| WestJet | 56 x 36 x 23 cm (22 x 14 x 9 in.) |
| Air Transat | 55 x 40 x 23 cm (21.5 x 15.5 x 9 in.) |
Regional jets have smaller bins, so expect to gate-check on those flights regardless of brand. And every bag is covered by our 30-day return policy.
Yes. The zippered expansion adds extra packing depth, and a fully expanded bag may not fit a strict airline sizer. If your airline enforces its sizer, board with the bag unexpanded and save the expansion for the trip home or checked segments.
The lock ships set to 0-0-0. To set your own code: turn the dials to 0-0-0, remove the zipper pullers from the lock, press the reset button on the side of the lock with a pen until it clicks, choose your combination, then press or slide the release button. Write the code down somewhere safe. Step-by-step instructions, including what to do if you forget the combination, are on our lock assistance page and in our customer FAQ.
Start at our Customer Service Center, where you can register your bag, file a warranty claim, and request replacement parts. If the issue is covered, Travelpro provides replacement parts or, when a bag cannot be repaired under an active warranty, a replacement bag. Combine mild soap and water, apply with a soft cloth, gently rub until clean, rinse well, and let the bag air dry completely before storing. Surface scuffs on hardside shells are cosmetic and do not affect performance; store the bag in its provided fabric cover when not in use. More care tips are in our customer FAQ.

"I used this carryon for an 18 day vacation that included a cruise. Used a backpack and packing cubes. Best move for South Korea and Japan navigating stairs. Spinner wheels worked well on any surface. The battery slot needs upgrading to USB C."
"I love this carry-on. Love the color and weight plus all the compartments. Just the right size for when I go for a short trip."
"Haven’t used it yet."
"Love all the travel products that I have purchased . Very good quality"
"best looking suitcase on the market. The interior is so spacious and just as beautiful. It rolls exceptionally smoothly and is super light. So happy with my purchase. With so many airline restrictions I will be using this carry on for many flights to come."
"Lightweight and well organized. Carries more than I thought would."
"Definitely a quality product (not used yet), balance and wheel movement are excellent, the pull-up handle seems sturdy and robust. The exterior look is attractive, it looks expensive, the interior materials are also top-notch."
"Excellent quality and beautiful"
"A very nice piece of compact luggage for short business trips and carry-on purposes. Build quality is strong and sturdy, and the luggage looks great ! Hoping this will be my go-to piece of luggage."
"I bought this bag for the wheels. And the wheels are amazing. It rolls better than any carryon I have ever had. My only suggestion is that there should be tie down straps inside on one side - in case people are travelling without a full compartment."
