"Bag was great. Customer service was poor. Attempts to apply advertised 15% discount at checkout failed. Several calls to customer service bots and live agents were useless as they were not informed of current promotions or able to apply discount. Long periods on hold and no follow up even when promised. So much time wasted. False and misleading advertising. Will someone finally follow up and rectify??? So disappointed"

"Love this luggage. 4 star vs 5 as it does NOT fit most airlines overhead bins. Size is 23. 5” including handle and wheels. Most requirement are 21. 5 to 22” max. Just travelled from Canada to Europe and 23. 5” was not acceptable as carry-on on any of our several airlines! Believe me, every airline is checking carry on sizes now!! Be aware ahead of travel!"
